Some of the innovation built into the Series X is also built into the Series S, which includes backward compatibility, Xbox Velocity Architecture (with Quick Resume), Smart Delivery, Variable Rate Shading, Support up to 12FPS, Hardware-accelerated DirectX Raytracing, and Syummterical CPU and I/O speeds.

The Series S is much less powerful than the X, capable of 4 TFLOPs compared to 12 TFLOPs on the Xbox Series X. It also doesn’t support native 4K resolution (Native 1440p). With that in mind, I wonder how many games will actually support ray tracing.
