As you progress in Ratchet and Clank and finish the story, you’ll be unlocking some really cool traits upon collecting golden bolts.
Two of my favorite ones are the one that enables you to make Ratchet and Rivet’s head BIG or TINY and turn their weapons into golden ones.

I love playing Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart, and already started my second playthrough.
There is also an option for unlimited ammo and health, which I enjoy “exploiting” from time to time.
Overall, Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart has more to offer in terms of customization options as you play and when finishing the story.
It makes replaying the game even more fun. Of course let’s not forget the higher difficulty mode that unlocks once you finish the story if you really enjoy tough challenges (it’s not Bloodborne difficulty, no worries).
