I created a short guide that shows how you can do a factory reset remotely using Bluetooth in the Meta Quest app.
Factory reset will erase all data on your device. This means that you should make a cloud or local backup before doing the reset. Games that you bought will still be able to be re-downloaded. But for saves that aren’t uploaded to the cloud and saved locally, you won’t be able to restore them.
This Quest 2/Quest Pro factory reset guide explains step-by-step how to do the factory reset. However, in a future version, you might find the UI a bit different but it should be quite similar to what you see in the video guide above.
