A few days ago I got my Oculus Quest 2 VR headset, including the VR Link cable. I ordered mine from Amazon.
I was waiting to experience virtual reality for a long time now. It took me time until I could afford to get a VR-ready laptop computer as I wanted to enjoy both PC VR and Oculus Quest 2 mobile untethered VR experience.
It was worth the way. I’ve already played a few titles and spent 6 hours playing Half-Life: Alyx (still ongoing).
I must admit that the last time I did try VR, was along time ago and that was with Google Cardboard. Yeh, since then many things have changed and modern VR headsets are so much better now. It’s has been a huge difference experience virtual reality using the Oculus Quest 2.
I’ve set up a new YouTube channel I dubbed VR Goblin. This channel will be only for virtual reality, separated from SpookyFairy which is for general gaming. Although I do intend to inject some VR content every now and then into this channel as well.
I will share mo of my excitment playing virtual reality games and trying cool VR social apps, news, updates and other cool stuff on that channel.
